Who This Policy Covers

comeapk.com.co is run by the Come APK Editorial Team, an independent publisher that is not the developer of Come App and is not affiliated with Dream11, ComeOn or Google Play. This policy covers only the website comeapk.com.co (English and Hindi pages). It does not cover the Come App, the download host, or Telegram – each of those is a separate service with its own policy (see below).

What We Collect

Server logs

Like every website, our hosting server records basic technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. Logs are used to keep the site running, block abuse and diagnose errors. They are retained for a limited period and then deleted or rotated automatically.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site. IP addresses are anonymised, and we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. You can block analytics with a browser extension or by disabling cookies for this site.

What we do not collect

• No account registration, names, phone numbers or email addresses on this site.
• No payment details – comeapk.com.co never handles money.
• No data from inside the Come App: we cannot see your balance, contests, KYC or activity.

If you message us on Telegram, we see what you choose to send (for example a screenshot or your Android version). We keep those conversations only as long as needed to answer you.

Cookies

comeapk.com.co does not set cookies of its own for tracking. Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies to distinguish sessions and returning visitors; these do not contain personal details. Your browser may store a preference such as language choice locally. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

Outbound Links and Third-Party Services

Two kinds of outbound links appear on this site, and both lead to services we do not control:

• The download link. Every "Download Come APK" button opens a short link on urlr.to which redirects to the official file. The link service and the file host may log your visit under their own policies.
• Telegram. Every "Chat on Telegram" button opens our Telegram chat. Telegram's own privacy policy applies to everything you send there.

We do not place advertising networks, social media widgets or embedded video players on this site.

The Come App Has Its Own Privacy Policy

Once you install and open Come App, the app operator – not comeapk.com.co – collects and processes your data: phone number, device information, KYC documents, payment details, contest activity and so on. That processing is governed by the privacy policy shown inside the app. Read it before registering, and direct any request about your app data (access, correction, deletion, account closure) to the app's in-app support. We have no ability to act on it.

Children Under 18

Come App is for adults aged 18 and over, and this website is written for the same audience. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, tell us on Telegram and we will delete the conversation.

Your Data Rights

Under Indian data-protection law and general good practice you can ask us:

• what data, if any, we hold about you (in practice, only Telegram messages you sent us and anonymised analytics that cannot be tied to you);
• to delete that data;
• to correct anything inaccurate.

Send requests through Come app support on Telegram. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days. We do not sell or rent any visitor data to anyone.

Changes to This Policy and Contact

We may update this privacy policy when the site changes – for example if we add or remove an analytics tool. The effective date at the top of the page is updated each time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
